Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, validate, and maintain manufacturing methods and processes.
  • Support transition of new products from Engineering to Manufacturing; ensure manufacturability and cost objectives.
  • Drive ECOs, DFx methodologies (DFM, DFA, DFC) to improve productivity and quality.
  • Analyze processes to reduce cycle time, waste, and improve ergonomics.
  • Create and maintain work instructions, control plans, and process maps.
  • Collaborate with Test Engineering on procedures and fixtures; collect and interpret data for CAPA.
