Connexion Systems & Engineering Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer II for a 6-month contract in Rancho Dominguez, CA. The role focuses on improving manufacturing processes, interfacing between production and R&D, and ensuring quality and production goals are met.

The candidate will work hands-on with process-scale equipment, pumps, and detectors, contributing to new product transfers and documentation through SOPs and reports. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree or equivalent is required.
• 3–8 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or development setting.
• Proven track record of successful project execution.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team.
• Experience with technology transfer between manufacturing sites and biopharma devices.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME for current and new manufacturing processes.
• Implement new product processes during technology transfers.
• Research for improvements to support processing of filtration products and systems.
• Contribute to process design for new products in development.
• Develop standardized documentation including SOPs, training, validation, and reports.
• Provide timely project reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve process and quality problems.
• Optimize processes and identify future technologies.
• Lead process improvement projects.
