• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of engineering experience.
• Ability to collaborate across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
• Strong communication and proactive action to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues and validate solutions on the manufacturing floor or lab.
• Represent manufacturing on New Product Development (NPD) teams, ensure manufacturability and readiness for automated assembly.
• Identify and implement manufacturing processes with cross-functional teams.
• Support DFMA and Design for Automated Assembly efforts.
• Lead cost-improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop financial analyses and capital justifications for new products.
