Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in similar technical roles, including medical device manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing and NPD or launch support experience desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety and quality requirements per regulatory standards.
• Defines and executes lean processes and equipment improvements.
• Performs root cause analysis to drive process improvements.
• Creates and reviews documentation, standard work, and work instructions.
• Develops tooling, fixtures, and equipment to optimize productivity.
• Owns CAPAs and collaborates cross-functionally with teams and suppliers.
• Launches new products in a contract manufacturing environment.
