Job summary

M&M Manufacturing in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to design, improve, and own manufacturing processes, balancing safety, quality, throughput, and cost.

You will lead process improvements, support capital projects, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Automation, and Engineering using Lean tools to strengthen process capability and drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with CAPEX development and project execution.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and layouts.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Ability to analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Hands-on operations support experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration across operations, quality, maintenance, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, improve, and own manufacturing processes and production areas.
• Lead process improvements to balance safety, quality, throughput, and cost.
• Support capital equipment selection, justification, and project planning.
• Provide day-to-day engineering support to Operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop standard work, process documentation, and manufacturing standards.
• Support new product launches, engineering changes, and process validations.
• Apply Lean tools to reduce waste and improve performance.
