Job summary

M&M Manufacturing, a Marmon Holdings/Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to design and optimize manufacturing processes for HVAC sheet metal products in Fort Worth, TX. You will balance safety, quality, throughput, labor, and cost while driving continuous improvement across operations.

You will lead process improvements, support capital equipment selection and manufacturing launches, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Automation, and Engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement and 3+ years in manufacturing/industrial engineering roles.
• Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma to improve safety, quality, throughput, and costs.
• Capex project support including cost estimates, installation, startup, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Design, improve, and own manufacturing processes and production areas.
• Lead process improvements, optimize layouts and workflows.
• Support capital equipment selection and justification; validate launches and changes.
