Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering / engineering technology or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational, presentation and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing methods with knowledge of design, materials, tooling and equipment.
• Support tests and qualification activities with quality standards and DOEs.
• Develop tooling, fixtures and test software for manufacturing.
• Prepare work instructions, process flows and BOMs.
• Collaborate with design and suppliers to address manufacturability and supply chain issues.
• Train technicians on manufacturing processes and procedures.
