Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II to influence planning and design of manufacturing processes for aerospace electronics. You will determine parts and tools, maximize efficiency, and support daily production in a challenging environment.

The role emphasizes lean methods, data analysis, and continuous improvement through CAMP and Six Sigma, with responsibilities across yield, cycle time, and new process development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide test and manufacturing support for aerospace electronic production lines.
• Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability and product health trends.
• Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues and facilitate issue identification and analysis.
• Help grow capacity by reducing cycle time and improving yield.
• Develop improvements in product design and manufacturing processes for cost and cycle time reductions.
• Assist development of new processes for new products.
• Support knowledge for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans.
