Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer or similar role.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing environment required.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide manufacturing engineering services to the assigned value stream.
• Design and improve efficiency of production equipment and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost saving projects.
