Qualifications

• This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer or similar role.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide manufacturing engineering services to assigned value stream.
• Design and improve production systems and processes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects within the factory.
