Qualifications

• BS in Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering desired, equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated basic lean manufacturing implementations.
• High level of mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lead small teams and drive improvements.
• Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Help production achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost expectations.
• Drive continuous improvements in production through waste elimination.
• Perform time studies and line balancing.
• Define material replenishment systems and pull signals.
• Design and implement new production lines and areas.
• Lead and be productive team members in cross-functional activities.
