Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer II for its Bus Solutions division. The role focuses on developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods within the plant, estimating production times, staffing needs, and costs to aid management decisions.

You will collaborate with management, engineering, and staff to optimize capabilities and processes. Ideal candidates have a BS degree or 3–6 years related experience, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with Lean,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in a related field or 3–6 years of related experience or equivalent
Experience in Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, PFMEA, and Gemba events preferred
Strong technical and problem solving abilities; self-motivated team player

Responsibilities
