Qualifications

• Experience with Windchill change management and documentation ownership.
• Ability to own validation for equipment and non-product software.
• Proven project support and coordination across internal/external teams.
• Strong mentoring and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and completes technical activities leading to new or improved products or processes.
• Prepares reports, publishes findings and communicates results to stakeholders.
• Analyzes and solves problems from basic to advanced engineering concepts.
• Lead or support projects, organize tasks, and mentor junior staff.
