Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 0–3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard engineering tools/software.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations by applying engineering principles to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Assist with process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in manufacturing projects involving process improvements, equipment, and new product introductions.
• Set direction for, lead, and take ownership of complex manufacturing engineering technical tasks.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and validate process changes.
• Collect and analyze manufacturing data to drive performance improvements.
