Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field required.
• 5+ years in medical device or pharmaceutical field, or 3+ years with an advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting, and reporting manufacturing data related to quality, cost, and speed to market.
• Regular on-floor manufacturing support.
• Identifying and implementing process and technology improvements to maximize performance.
• Investigating non-conformances, CAPAs, process drifts and implementing corrective actions.
• Supporting change orders and supplier change requests with technical assessments.
• Troubleshooting material, process, and equipment problems to minimize losses and inefficiencies using data analysis and SPC.
