Qualifications

• Experience with lathe programming and process optimization.
• Ability to analyze drawings and determine cuts, tools, speeds and feeds.
• Develop and maintain setup sheets and tooling lists.
• Experience with CAM software and CNC controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to Manufacturing Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
• Program lathes using CAMWorks; set speeds/feeds and tooling.
• Create and maintain process sheets and tooling lists for machining centers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
