Job summary

Qualifications

• Gear manufacturing experience required (5 years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, UTS Software, and CAD design software.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for gear manufacturing and inspection, ensuring quality standards.
• Design hobs, cutters, and grinding wheels.
• Create DXF files and process data using UTS Gear Engineering software.
• Develop NC programs for gear hobbers, shapers, grinders, and inspection machines.
• Establish cutting parameters on process sheets for gear machining.
• Identify process improvements to enhance cost, productivity, safety, and quality.
• Participate in pre-production design reviews for manufacturability.
