Job summary

Dover Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to analyze quality, delivery, and productivity data for electromechanical products, identifying actions to improve reliability and total cost through tooling design, technical writing, and semi-automated testing.

The role also involves addressing manufacturability issues, troubleshooting failures, evaluating supplier processes, and leading special projects such as new work cell design, new product launches, and design verification testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3–5 years' experience in electromechanical manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with ISO/AS quality management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to manufacturing to meet quality specs during production and testing.
• Develop and maintain standard work docs for products.
• Lead cross-functional activities to reflect specs in drawings and instructions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma.
