Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII), a Dover Corporation segment, seeks a Mechanical Engineer II to drive mechanical subsystems for Markem-Imaje printers. You will design, validate, and deliver production‑ready components with Creo/Windchill, perform FEA/CFD, and coordinate lab tests with technicians in a global team.

You will present findings in gate reviews, work with suppliers, and contribute to best‑practice improvements across multiple sites and disciplines.

Qualifications

• Read engineering drawings and tolerances; understand machine shop practices.
• CAD design experience including Creo/Windchill; FEA/thermal testing required.
• Experience designing industrial products from concept to production preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical designs from concept through production.
• Create 3D CAD models and drawings; manage BoMs.
• Plan lab experiments and coordinate with technicians for design validation.
• Present designs in gate meetings and design reviews.
