Job summary

Microwave Products Group seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to analyze quality, delivery, and productivity data to drive reliability and cost improvements. You will lead tooling design, semi-automated testing, and manufacturability improvements with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include developing standard work, designing fixtures, and mentoring junior staff while coordinating with Engineering, QA, and Sales to reflect specifications in drawings and work instructions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering.
• Experience with electromechanical components and assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze quality, delivery, and productivity data to improve reliability and lead time.
• Design tools and fixtures for product assembly and train staff.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Six Sigma efforts.
