Bobrick Washroom Equipment in Durant, OK seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, improve, and support tools, machinery and processes for higher quality, productivity, and cost savings. You’ll act as the department’s representative on project teams, driving continuous improvement and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

The role emphasizes designing and validating fixtures, leading capital equipment projects, and collaborating across Engineering, QA, and Production to optimize manufacturing performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field with hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional efforts.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma, SPC, and Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and support tooling, machinery, and processes to enhance quality and productivity.
• Serve as Manufacturing Engineering representative in cross-department projects.
• Design, build, and document fixtures and tooling; evaluate capital equipment investments.
• Lead or support Lean/Industry 4.0 initiatives and data-driven improvements.
• Provide technical support to Maintenance, QA, and Production teams; troubleshoot issues.
