Job summary

Bobrick is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to develop and improve tools, machinery, and processes to enhance quality, productivity, and cost savings. You will represent Manufacturing Engineering in cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and lead capital expenditure projects for equipment upgrades.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 7–10 years of related experience, with strong skills in CAD/CAM, Lean/Six Sigma, and project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field; 7–10 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience leading projects and cross-functional teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with lean manufacturing.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM, automation, and tooling design.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and support manufacturing tools, equipment, and processes.
• Lead capital expenditure projects for equipment and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design, build, and document fixtures and production tools; troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Apply Six Sigma, DMAIC, and SPC methods to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Coordinate Industry 4.0 upgrades and automation projects; drive data-driven decisions.
