Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–6+ years of related manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience analyzing manufacturing processes and implementing process improvements.
  • Preferred: SolidWorks, AutoCAD 2D, and MS Project.

  • Assist with tooling and equipment selection, obtain vendor quotes, and manage projects from implementation through employee training.
  • Provide technical support and collaborate with cross-functional teams on manufacturing initiatives.

Job Summary
