Introduce new computer device manufacturing process for a unique customer in U.S. Provide the equipment and tools required to produce computer devices such as servers and server racks. Perform line balance to accommodate constant change of the output goals and develop the ramp up plan for all NPI (New Product Introduction). Support the automation team to minimize workmanship issues by adding automated inspection devices and automated tooling to accomplish quality goals. Develop process improvements and perform cost reduction analysis to improve the cost of the manufacturing process. Develop the material suppliers by analyzing the failure mode of the incoming defective material and provide the failure test information. Develop safety processes to minimize the risk of accidents for the entire area. Develop a process flow for the parts required to build the servers.
