Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics).
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in RF products, microelectronics, or aerospace assembly.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with SPC, root cause analysis, and manufacturing data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for RF and microelectronic products.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and product quality.
• Assist in analyzing production data and troubleshooting manufacturing issues to improve yield and efficiency.
