Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering/math from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 6 years of RF engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of RF communication systems and RF design principles.
• Proficiency in simulation and analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of RF engineers.
• Lead the design and development of RF sub-systems and products including antenna interface design, RF circuit design, and system integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Conduct circuit, system and sub-system level analysis and optimization.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and provide innovative solutions.
