Lockheed Martin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to translate engineering designs into reliable, repeatable manufacturing processes for complex assemblies on site in King of Prussia, PA. You will collaborate across design, production, quality, and operations to improve processes, quality, efficiency, and delivery in aerospace/defense programs.

Formación

• Experience with mechanical and/or electromechanical assemblies and related manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, and other technical documentation.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment and collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve issues and improve processes.
• Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and work experience.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain a secret security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts.
• Provide producibility feedback to design engineering during development and production.
• Create and maintain product flow diagrams, work instructions, and operating instructions.
• Evaluate nonconforming hardware and contribute to quality investigations and process improvements.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement improvements and increase efficiency.
• Partner with Production Control to prioritize work and support delivery schedules.
• Analyze production performance data and support Quality Assurance with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support the development and production of advanced defense systems.
