Job summary

This role offers first and second shifts with on-site work and up to 25% travel for contract manufacturing and supply chain support. You’ll design and implement production tooling, improve manufacturing processes, lead root-cause investigations, and collaborate with Design Engineering, Quality, and Operations to support new product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE, ME, IE, or MFG ENG.
• Experience with engineering tools and CAD drawings.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment and interpreting engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve manufacturing systems for complex assemblies.
• Provide daily support of contract manufacturing assembly and/or ion implanter builds.
• Design, develop, and implement tooling, fixtures, and assembly aids to improve quality and efficiency.
• Create and maintain manufacturing procedures and work instructions for modules and final builds.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
