Responsibilities

• Implement and sustain Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives across plant functions.
• Determine efficient sequence of operations via evaluation of work factors and production coordination.
• Develop methods for maximum utilization of facilities and personnel.
• Conduct studies for cost control and inventory systems.
• Provide technical support to other departments on productivity projects.
• Apply engineering principles to interpret problems and propose solutions.
• Develop and monitor productivity metrics across cross-functional teams.
• Identify and eliminate non-value added activities using DMAIC.
• Refine manufacturing methods and cost analysis to improve utilization.
• Ensure compliance with Abbott procedures and regulatory requirements.
