Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting manufacturing engineering efforts.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of GD&T standards to define acceptable variations in mechanical parts.
• Familiarity with manufacturing documentation and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing engineering efforts by assisting in process development and optimization to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with production, quality, design, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and resolve technical issues.
• Assist in documentation and maintenance of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Lead and drive the repair development process, from concept to implementation by designing and developing repairs for complex mechanical components and systems.
