Qualifikationen

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Two-year degree or college credits preferred; manufacturing experience beneficial.
• Familiarity with ISO/QSR quality standards is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Perform setup and calibration of manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct rework and quality testing related to production.
• Identify corrective actions for manufacturing issues and MRB participation.
• Assist in developing methods and procedures to improve the process.
• Maintain equipment and validate processes to improve yield and cycle time.
