You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a solid understanding of validation methods and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of practical engineering experience in a related field.
• Experience with medical device development or manufacturing.
• Experience in validation activities and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Author and execute TMV, IMV, IQ, OQ, PQ, PPQ validations.
• Develop, specify, acquire and implement processes and equipment.
• Design experiments and analyze data for process improvement.
• Create and revise SOPs, risk assessments, and validation docs.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians and external customers.
• Provide training and process expertise in project areas.
