Gulfstream in St. Louis is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Engineer 1 to support shop floor operations and lean improvements in a production setting.

Responsibilities include creating work instructions, planning improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize layout, tooling, and material flow. A Bachelor's in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field is required, with growth potential within the team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related curriculum required or equivalent.
• Entry level position with potential for growth.
• Experience with manufacturing methods and planning is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create manufacturing work instructions under moderate supervision.
• Assist with planning improvements and problem solving for manufacturing issues.
• Develop MBOM in SAP/Solumina/Corridor to ensure correct parts during assembly.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to improve processes.
• Conduct analyses to estimate future manufacturing requirements and capacity.
• Support safety, sustainability, and ergonomic initiatives.
