Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher (listed on resume).
• Rotation requirements: Juniors 2 rotations; Seniors/Graduate Students 1 rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical studies and analyses of operations; develop plans and recommendations for equipment and manufacturing methods.
• Assist in make-or-buy proposals and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct research and analysis to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Perform producibility studies from engineering drawings.
• Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and generate data.
• Incorporate Lean Manufacturing Methodology into processes and apply Lean and Six Sigma as a team member.
