You will work with cross-functional teams to develop cost-effective solutions, troubleshoot production challenges, and support continuous improvement across tooling and production strategies.

The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, data analysis, and collaboration with quality engineering to deliver process enhancements and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 0–1 year of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Solid problem solving using tools (FMEA, Pareto, cause & effect).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage documents.
• Initiative, self-motivation and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Good time management and project delivery within time frames.

Responsibilities

• Join cross-disciplinary teams to develop and improve manufacturing processes.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities using data analysis and kaizen concepts.
• Design tooling strategies for new processes and assist in production flow.
• Troubleshoot production issues and propose design improvements.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with quality engineering to enable process enhancements.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct experiments, analyze data, and interpret results.
