Job summary

Our client, an engineering and manufacturing organization, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer I to join their team in Hutchinson, Minnesota. You will support manufacturing operations by gathering data, reviewing processes, and planning trials to improve performance.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work with moderate direction, and clear communication in meetings. On-site schedule is 32 hours per week, with Mon–Thu days and possible Fridays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with some experience applying the listed skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Excel and Word.
• Comfortable speaking in groups and participating in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Gather and review manufacturing-related data to support process improvements and production readiness.
• Create or review test methods and help plan product trials to evaluate performance and quality.
• Develop and/or create batch records and support manufacturing documentation needed for consistent execution.
• Examine manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for time or quality revisions.
• Carry out assigned changes and monitor operations standards to help production run more effectively.
