Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some experience in manufacturing or engineering support.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead meetings or discussions when needed.
• Ability to work independently with moderate guidance.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the on-site Product Engineer to support engineering and manufacturing activities.
• Gather and analyze data, review existing test methods, and assist in developing new testing procedures.
• Prepare batch records and support product trial planning and execution.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes, operations, and assembly procedures to identify opportunities for improving quality and efficiency.
• Recommend process improvements and assist with implementing or monitoring operational changes.
• Identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with engineering team members to resolve challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure attention to detail across assigned tasks.
