Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to optimize manufacturing processes and automation systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity while supporting CNC equipment validation and implementing automated solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
1–2 years in manufacturing engineering, automation, or CNC machining preferred.
Internships, co‑op or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Monitor quality and efficiency for assigned lines and automated systems.
Support CNC machine and equipment validation while driving improvements.
Create, maintain, and implement automated systems and material transport solutions.
Analyze data to maximize utilization and minimize scrap.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through process and system improvements.
Ensure process parameters meet quality requirements.
