Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I in Fargo, ND to drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost-reduction initiatives through process development and improvement projects. You will develop processes, standard work, and maintain documentation while deploying lean concepts across the organization.

You will lead problem-solving efforts, analyze data, and support production lines with layouts and fixtures, contributing to continuous improvement and operations excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
  • 2D and 3D modeling knowledge is required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is ideal.

Job Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer supports the key fundamentals of manufacturing; Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost Reduction initiatives through process development and process improvement projects. Projects are driven by process improvement, operations capital investment plan, overall ROI, product development initiatives and the operations business plan.

Highlights of your role
