Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer for a state-of-the-art architectural wood door production facility.

You will report to the Automation Engineering Manager and work with Production, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance, and Engineering to solve day-to-day problems and drive practical process improvements on the floor. The role emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering is required.
• 3+ years' experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a custom assembly operation.
• Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
• Prior project management experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Solve hands-on manufacturing problems to improve day-to-day operations.
• Apply process improvement to meet KPIs.
• Develop and implement practical solutions, driving change from identification to execution.
• Maintain strong presence on the manufacturing floor and collaborate with operators and leadership.
• Coordinate and validate manufacturing processes and improvements.
