Precision Talent Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join a CNC machining-focused manufacturer in Ontario County, NY onsite. You will collaborate with machinists, quality technicians and engineers to develop and optimize machining processes from customer drawings through production.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 5 years in manufacturing engineering, and proficiency with Mastercam, SolidWorks and Excel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience in CNC machining or precision manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Mastercam, SolidWorks, and Excel.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes in production.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Review customer drawings and specifications to support quoting and establish manufacturing timelines.
• Develop routers, setup instructions, and detailed end-to-end process documentation.
• Determine effective machining strategies, tooling, and fixturing for CNC components.
• Translate engineering requirements into repeatable manufacturing processes.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to machinists and production teams.
• Troubleshoot machining and manufacturing challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Own process performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and manufacturability.
• Manage engineering projects to support customer requirements and company objectives.
