Job summary

OptiPro Systems is seeking a CNC Applications Engineer to develop new products and support current manufacturing processes. You will troubleshoot and program existing machines, ensuring efficiency and quality.

The role involves providing technical support to production teams and collaborating with Sales and Customer Service. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years CNC machining experience and a degree in engineering.

We offer a full-time position on-site in Ontario, NY.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with hands on CNC machining.
• Experience with programming Fagor controls and software logic desired.
• Machining experience with ceramics and other exotic brittle materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the production team on various production jobs.
• Implement process efficiencies for current production parts.
• Support both the Sales team and Customer service team with technical input.
