gpac is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a well-established Minnesota manufacturer. The role focuses on development of SOPs, design reviews, and tooling, with opportunities for long-term growth in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering with 3–5 years’ experience, strong problem-solving skills, and MRP experience; metal fabrication and welding exposure is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related fields is required.
• 3-5 years’ experience.
• Excellent time management, problem prevention and solving skills.
• MRP Systems experience preferred.
• Experience in metal fabrication, welding and topcoat applications is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Development of engineering SOPs using manufacturing engineering practices.
• Participate in concurrent evaluation and quality assurance design reviews.
• Evaluate and approve drawings, routings, specs, and other documents.
• Design and procure tools/equipment.
• Identify, evaluate, and solve production problems.
• Lead training of assemblers to improve and introduce new processes.
• Prepare/manufacture prototypes as required utilizing the principles of concurrent engineering.
