Job summary

Paragon Tempered Glass, LLC, a leading glass manufacturer with locations in Ohio and Michigan, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to translate customer needs into CAD drawings, production prints, and CNC programs. You will support both Antwerp, OH, and Niles, MI plants with new parts from prototype to production and contribute to ISO 9001 processes.

You will set up part information in the ERP system, train operators, and help maintain drafting standards while ensuring quality and continuous

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of 2D CAD experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, and control CAD drawings from customer inputs and specs.
• Prepare and release production prints for both plants.
• Write and debug CNC programs for glass cutting and processing equipment.
• Train operators on new programs and processes.
• Support ISO 9001 quality system and corrective actions.
