You will partner with design and production teams to deliver flawless products and lead corrective-action initiatives across the manufacturing spectrum.

The role requires a STEM degree with 1+ year of experience, ability to obtain interim secret clearance, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or higher with 1+ year of experience or equivalent education/experience
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications
• US citizenship and ability to obtain interim secret clearance prior to start

Responsibilities

• Review documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes.
• Analyze and resolve process issues, driving corrective actions.
• Lead program corrective-action meetings and participate in Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards.
• Perform assessments and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and program personnel on quality-related issues while applying lean initiatives for continuous improvement.
