Job Description
Hadrian builds software-defined high-precision component factories for the top aerospace companies in the world. We are in search of individuals with the drive to augment manufacturing, helping enable our engineers to build complex, yet elegant software as well as machinists who have a passion for pushing the trade forward.
The Manufacturing Engineer, Factory Development plays a pivotal role on Hadrian’s Core Operations team. The position will include driving process development and process improvement projects at Factory 2, managing installation and build projects for Factory 3, supporting deep root cause analysis problem solving, and designing and developing new processes to increase productivity, scalability, and efficiency.
For this role, the target salary range is $80,000 - $145,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and organizational needs.
