Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related roles.
• Experience with new product introduction and designing manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize floor plan and production workflow.
• Develop deployment maps and level-load production.
• Lead standard work development and time-study driven improvements.
• Define and monitor process capability and control limits.
• Create/maintain workstations, operations, and ERP deployment.
• Conduct time studies to improve quality, time, and cost.
• Ensure production documentation and procedures are up to date.
• Develop tooling, fixtures, and testing devices.
• Collaborate with production, contractors, and suppliers to install equipment.
• Generate reports and track progress of initiatives.
