ERLPhase Power Technologies in Houston, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, planning, QA, and process optimization. You will collaborate with local and remote teams to drive on-time delivery and continuous improvement within a power systems manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong leadership, electrical/manufacturing engineering background, and experience with EMS, IPC-A-610, and ISO 9001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, and/or quality environment with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of production operations, quality systems, PCB manufacturing and inspection, and product development lifecycle.
• Experience with EMS providers, vendors, and manufacturing partners, supporting automated test systems and KPIs.
• Direct experience in NI LabVIEW & TestStand and IPC-A-610 inspection standards is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems and ERP tools such as SAP.

• Maintain, develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals at the Houston facility.
• Ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety, quality and reliability standards.
• Guarantee availability of materials and resources to meet targets with minimal inventory.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, supply chain, and quality teams on new product introductions and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on productivity, quality, waste reduction and cost efficiency.
• Support local and multi-facility operations, regulatory and ISO initiatives including training and auditing.
• Maintain manufacturing systems, documentation, records, and equipment maintenance.
