Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on shop floor support for assembly operations to maintain production flow and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot production, quality, tooling, and material issues to ensure efficient assembly line performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through process enhancements, work order creation, and basic fixture/tooling design.
• Utilize SAP, Microsoft Office, and MP Planner (client specific) to support daily manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement solutions that improve safety, quality, and productivity.

Job description

1st Shift (generally 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; some flexibility may be available)

Must be willing to work overtime and/or weekends as business needs require

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
