Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technology discipline (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering preferred), or equivalent related work experience

3+ years of experience with manufacturing processes, quality, tooling, preventative maintenance, and facilities

Strong background using engineering tools and manufacturing execution systems

Proven experience leading and completing projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
